Raleigh native who has worked as a broker with Coldwell Banker Howard, Perry and Walston since 1988. She is a qualified Accredited Buyer Representative, a Certified Residential Specialist, and a graduate of the Realtor Institute. She has worked with this developer since 1999. As a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS, she has served on the Board of Directors as well as the Education, Grievance, and Professional Standards Committees. She is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Women's Council of REALTORS.
Her most recent accolades include; 2007 Professional Standards Committee List for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, and listed in the 2007 "Triangle Business Journal'" as a member of the top 25 Triangle Real Estate teams.

I was born in Jacksonville, Florida and moved to Virginia Beach, VA at age three. In 1992, I moved to Raleigh, NC. At that time I was employed as an Electronic Technician. After about a year here I met my future wife, Sandie. We married on December 8, 1995. She was already a quite successful Real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. She was Rookie of the Year her first year in the business. After prodding and pushing, Sandie convinced me that I should not be behind a desk, but I should be selling real estate. She thought I had the personality for it. So in October of 1996 I got my real estate licence and joined Sandie in the business. Well, I guess she was right. We won "Team of the Year" in 1997 for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston and not just for office but company wide.
We continued that success over the years by regularly winning Gold, Silver, and Bronze for Team Sales and Team Listing Categories which are recognized each month by Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. On September 18, 1998 our daughter, Madison Kathleen Faughnan, was born. She has me wrapped around her finger. Sandie has since left real estate to care for Madison. I have gone on to become a Certified Relocation Listing and Buyer Representative and have been a yearly recipient of the Top Dog and Kennel Club Awards in recognition of my sales performance.
After seven plus years in the business I have moved to Coldwell Banker Neighborhood Builders Services which represents new construction communities for Howard Perry and Walston and remained there for four years representing SpringStone and Parker Falls. I have now returned to my original general brokerage office of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston and even have my old office back. I currently represent the luxury new home communities of The Registry at Bailey Farm and The Hamptons at Umstead. I also represent buyers and seller in the resell market as well.
